All services are subject to availability, project scope, scheduling, and any separate written agreement, proposal, invoice, or contract between you and James Drake Films.

Any quote or estimate provided by James Drake Films is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee availability or final pricing unless confirmed in writing.

Project scope, fees, payment schedules, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling terms, deliverables, revision limits, usage rights, and turnaround times may be set out in a separate client agreement, invoice, or proposal. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to pay all agreed amounts when due.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, videos, images, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to James Drake Films and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, display, or exploit website content without prior written permission.

Any final client deliverables, licensing rights, usage rights, or transfer of ownership will be governed by the applicable client agreement.

5. User Submissions

If you submit inquiries, comments, testimonials, media, project information, or other content to us, you represent that:

  • it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You grant us a non-exclusive right to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and operate our business, subject to our Privacy Policy.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from James Drake Films, you agree to receive SMS messages related to:
