Sony just announced the smallest 4k camcorder to hit the market! (At least until the next iteration of the GoPro emerges).
As the 4k trend continues to grow in the industry, it will be fascinating to see how the move towards portable 4k makes an impact on the high end cinema cameras we’ve come to know and love. This particular camera only has a 1″ sensor, so it won’t be competing on the S35 and full frame video level, but it’s just the first of many cameras to come featuring the new upcoming standard for resolution.
